Healing Burnout by Moving with the Moon
Finding compassion for ourselves via the lunar cycle
Moving in accordance to the lunar cycle means acknowledging that all of life is comprised of periods of wax and wane, growth and contraction, gain and loss, loudness and quietude. It’s hard to live in alignment with this knowledge, because our culture is so geared towards instant gratification and hustle over everything else. But I’d like to remind us that we can interrupt that deluge, we can reroute that energy on our own terms. What follows is some clarification on the kinds of actions we can take throughout the lunar cycle.
